Additionally, Sim Seats, LLC ships merchandise to Canada, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

- Return Policy
- You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value. We will only issue a refund to the credit card used at the time of checkout. A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returned orders and a 20% restocking fee applies to custom built orders including custom color options.
